CSUK Refund Policy

c-sectionuk (“CSUK”) is a trading name of British Birthing Academy Limited (“BBA”). BBA is a Guernsey registered company. In this Refund Policy we will refer to ourselves as “CSUK” or “us/we/our”. This document sets out the Refund Policy applicable to our products and services.

1. Individual Products (Courses)

  1. In general, all Students purchasing courses that are a part of the Teachable Native Gateways are entitled to a fourteen (14) day full refund from the date of purchase.

  2. All digital download / course purchases made at CSUK are entitled to a 14 day refund. In order to request a refund, please follow the steps outlined by Teachable here: https://support.teachable.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004215372-Request-a-Refund

  3. Teachable also have a terms of use policy that outlines their Refund Policy in point 14; this can be found here: https://teachable.com/terms-of-use. CSUK will work with Teachable to process the refund.

  4. Teachable reserves the right to refuse refunds to Students who abuse this Refund Policy. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, requesting refunds in consecutive months, repeat purchasing followed by repeat refund requests.

  5. CSUK may, in its exclusive and sole discretion, refuse to refund the amounts paid, even within the permitted refund period, in the event that clients have used all or part of the digital downloads purchased, such as having downloaded the available digital downloads, leaving CSUK at a clear disadvantage.

2. Bundled Products (Courses)

  1. If a client purchases courses as a bundled package, the refund policy applicable for courses will apply, as outlined in ‘Individual Products’.

3. Online Private Education Sessions

  1. If a client purchases/books an Online Private Education Session and wants to cancel this booking, a refund is available up to 24 hours before the call. No refund shall be afforded to any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time.

  2. If a client purchases an Online Private Education Session and does not cancel but does not attend the call, there will be no refund afforded.

4. General Provisions

  1. It is the client’s responsibility to understand the refund policy for CSUK prior to purchasing.

  2. CSUK reserves the right to provide a refund to any student at any time in CSUK’s sole discretion.
